Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and convenient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below:

 Kerbside Delivery:

   - All orders will be delivered to the kerbside only.

   - Our drivers will take photographs of the delivered order for documentation purposes. 

  1. Assistance with Unloading:

   - For larger and heavier orders, assistance with unloading may be required.

   - Please ensure that appropriate arrangements are made to facilitate the unloading process. 

  1. Delivery Charges for Smaller Items:

   - Orders for smaller items weighing up to 5 kg and measuring up to 1 metre square will be charged at a flat rate of £14.95 (Including VAT).

Orders for smaller items up to 10 kg measuring up to 1m square will be charged at £24.95 (Including VAT).

   - These orders will be delivered by courier in most cases.

   - Please note that placing an order before 2pm does not guarantee next-day delivery, although we strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary. 

  1. Delivery Charges for Artificial Grass and Plastic Batten Orders:

   - Orders for artificial grass and plastic batten within a 50-mile radius of Wv10 9LU will be charged a flat rate of £45 (Including VAT) for delivery.

   - For orders outside the 50-mile radius of Wv10 9LU, the delivery charge will be £75 (Including VAT). 

  1. Pallet Orders:

   - For larger orders that require palletising, please call us for a custom shipping quote.  

  1. Same Day Delivery:

   - Same day delivery may be available at the discretion of Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd.

   - Please call us to enquire about the availability and pricing of same day delivery.

Delivery prices mentioned above are inclusive of VAT.

Orders to the UK can take anywhere from 1 day up to 7 days.
