Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to the products sold by Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by this Policy. 

  1. Compliance with UK Law

 1.1 This Returns Policy is compliant with UK law and adheres to the relevant consumer protection regulations. 

  1. Returns and Refunds 

2.1 Returns and refunds can be offered for standard artificial grass products, excluding cut lengths that are bespoke to you. 

2.2 To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered. 

2.3 Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns and refunds may not be offered. 

2.4 Returns and refunds cannot be offered once the grass has been cut to your specific requirements, as it is considered a bespoke product. 

  1. Measurement Accuracy 

3.1 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements in meters when ordering artificial grass.

3.2 Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd recommends double-checking the measurements before placing an order to ensure accuracy. Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd is not responsible for any inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer. 

  1. Faulty Goods 

4.1 If the product received is faulty, it must be reported to Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. We will then advise on what is deemed as faulty.

4.2 To report a faulty product, please contact our customer service team at Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the fault. 

4.3 Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd will assess the reported fault and may request the return of the product for inspection or arrange for a replacement to be sent. 

4.4 If the fault is confirmed, Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd will offer a refund or replacement, with the exception of shipping. 

4.5 Due to the structure of the backing material, it can crease when rolled/during transportation, occasionally during colder weather the backing may crack in small areas, however this does not effect the products in any way and is not classed as faulty. Creases or lines in the product should fall out within three months of the installation, however, this can take longer in winter months. The grass is not classed as faulty if delivered or installed with creases of cracked backing. Creases in the grass backing will decrease quite noticeably on a daily basis.

4.6 Seams or joins are occasionally visible. Unfortunately, in some applications this is inevitable and can be influenced by a number of factors including sub bases and weed control used. If the seem / join is visible, it does not render a fault in the product itself.


5.1 Returns and refunds cannot be offered on cut lengths of artificial grass that are bespoke to you. 

5.2 Returns and refunds cannot be offered if the grass has been cut to your specific requirements.

5.3  Returns and refunds cannot be offered if the grass has been fitted or used

  1. Time Limit 

6.1 Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd is not responsible for any issues or damages reported after 48 hours of delivery. It is presumed that any damage has been caused after the delivery has been fulfilled.

  1. Change of Mind 

7.1 If you simply change your mind about the product and wish to return it, Fairlawns Artificial Grass Ltd reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and alongside the standard £35 administration cost. Shipping for returns is to be covered by the customer.
